Staff resignation...wooooooo3!!! face it...sooner or later, even the best employer pon ada employee yang resign..... samentelah lah yang ada bermacam2 problem gaya gini....i dont wont to story here what are d prob....dush2!! tak baik mengaibkan sesaper kan2...xpelah...just keep in touch...
Maybe la staff yang resign ni they think they've found a better opportunity or their spouse
has accepted a job out of state ke haper2 la kan, so the reasons are endless for resignation....full stop.... not me ecully...ahaaa ahaaaa sempat lagi gelak even sedih sbenar2nyaa =( .... lepas sorang, sorang staff resign...wat will hapen to this co???? uhuuuu.....
But one more important things.....each employees yang resign poses other staffs with a series of
questions..... kitorang yang masih stay ni berteka teki jugak..adakah staff yang resign akan di ganti dengan staff baru or the burden will be distribute among us???? whats going on guys.....waaaaa~ kerja yang ada dah berrrrlambak2 nak di tambah lagi dengan kerja yang lain...oh nooooooooooo!!!!ma help me!!!help me!!!! rasa cam nak resign pon ada...tapi setakat ni bertahan lah dulu yaa...at the same time search for other job...pandai2 laaa...sambil menyelam minum air ya idok???ya2 lah hapizah...as long as gaji di bayar stay tune lah dulu...kalau dah gaji tak di bayar in case...apa lagi yang di tunggu??..hye2 bye2 la jawabnya...
Apa pon yang berlaku mungkin ada hikmah di sebalik kejadian....sabar ya hapizah (try pujuk diri sdr)...maybe i'll get a better job sooner or later...amin.....setiap apa yang berlaku adalah perancangan yang terbaik buat kita...so bersyukur dengan apa yang ada...berusaha lah don give up...caiyokk!!....
